The Embers Handmade Hot Sauce was born in the beautiful town of Mansfield, cradled between the peak of Mt Buller and the icy waters of the Howqua River. It was here that two mates, Jay and Cam, decided to build a smoker with their own hands and gather the finest chillies they could find. They roasted, they smoked, they blended, they tasted. This had to be a sauce that was rich and smoky yet refined; sweat head hot without sacrificing flavour.
